VIDEO: Should I Buy A Pickup Truck?

My Top 3 Reasons To Buy A Pickup Truck. When I was asked, “Ashley, Should I Buy A Pickup Truck?”, I was jumping for joy. Okay, that was a bit of an exaggeration. I wasn’t literally jumping for joy, but I was;

  1. Flattered that someone actually trusted me to give them advice on a BIG ticket purchase.
  2. Happy that they were ready to move over to the dark side of the car world.

Now I don’t mean dark side in a bad way, of course not! When I say dark side, I mean it takes a certain kind of “man” or woman to want to drive a pickup truck when the world loves, eco-friendly cars, smart cars, SUV’s and luxury vehicles a lot more.

To me, the world of pickup truck owners is like a secret brotherhood that not many people know about until they cross over. {And I don’t mind}.

So when I can convert a car guy into a pickup dude, I get all bubbly inside.

Yes, I own a Ford F450, and yes it is a big truck- and despite the fact that I love it and I wouldn’t trade it for anything, I can give you logical and valuable reasons you too should cross over and get on the pickup truck non bandwagon. In other words, I can give you my reasons you should stop asking, “Should I buy a pickup truck?” and just haul butt over to the dealership and buy one.

I don’t like the stereotypes that surround pickup truck owners because after all, I broke every one of them.

I am;

  1. A woman- although they say it’s a man’s wheels
  2. I live in Florida {and not the country part}- although they say hillbilly’s drive pickups.
  3. I don’t own a horse or cattle- although I love the Silverado Superbowl Commercial of a man and his eligible bachelor.

So even if you don’t fit into any of those “categories”, you can forge your own. Don’t follow trends, set them and in this weeks video, I will give you my top 3 reasons you should buy a pickup truck. Check it out:

So what did you think of my reasons? Are they valid? Now it’s your turn…

I want to know what would your answer be if someone asked, “Should I buy a pickup truck?”

As always, thanks for watching and see you next week.
