Car Hauling Terms and Conditions
The exact Car hauling terms and conditions I used in my car hauling business. Terms and conditions are usually placed on the back of your BOL/Inspection Sheet or can be uploaded into your car hauling software of choice.
Car hauling terms and conditions are meant to protect you and outline the things that are and are not covered in the event of an accident. With technology being where it is today, you can copy and paste your terms and conditions into your car hauling software of choice or you can go old fashioned and send them over to a designer.
They can add them to the backside of your BOL/Inspection Sheet.
I highly recommend using car hauler software like the one’s mentioned on the Resource Page, however, if you like having physical copies? Go for it.
Always do what works best for you and your goals.
When you purchase these car hauling terms and conditions, you are purchasing the exact ones I used in my car hauling business years ago. They are meant to inspire you with creating your own.
However and a big however, I have to add this disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and would never represent myself as such, so I urge you to always consult with an attorney.
If you choose to forgo an attorney, you are using these at your own risk and I nor my partners, companies or otherwise, can be held responsible should anything result from using these terms and conditions.
As I like to say with anything I put out there, even though I know it’s value: Just because it worked for me, doesn’t mean they will work for you.
If after all of that, you are still interested in purchasing these, you can go ahead and click the add to cart button. By doing so, you are saying you are 100% on board with these rules and that you know and agree that as with anything in my shop: All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or bribes allowed. Not even for a unicorn.
Good luck and stay safe out there!
