For the past 6 weeks, we’ve been talking about clients from hell and more specifically;
1. Firing a Client.
2. How to get clients to pay.
3. Dealing with difficult clients.
4. How to say no to clients.
5. Why the customer isn’t always right.
6. Handling refunds and unhappy customers.
I know it was a lot to take in. Heck, it was a lot for me to write.
So why am I prefacing with this?
Well because this week I decided to give you a bit of a break. You’ve deserved it.
Okay, so I’m not just giving you a break because you deserved it, even though you do deserve it.
I’m Giving You A Break While I Fix My Mistake…
When I started this free Auto Transport Broker Training Camp…
I wanted everyone to get in on every piece of information I posted so I set it up where regardless when you sign up, you’ll start at week one. This was a brilliant idea until our community started growing.
Now, I have some in week 1, half in or around week 8 and the others in week 13 with many sprinkled in between.
Not everyone is on the same page.
I want everyone to be on the same page so we can be more of a community. Learn at the same time. Help and support each other as we grow and of course, I want to make my life easier. Keeping up with everyone has had it’s challenges, so I’m changing things and I need this week to allow the others to catch up.
Sounds like a good idea right? Hopefully the transition runs smoothly but it’s possible things might go a bit wacko. So don’t worry if you get an old email twice. Just make sure you don’t throw it in your junk folder.
