$10k per week as an auto carrier? Yes, you read that right, ten thousand dineros per week being an auto transport driver for your own company.
Holy shiznik! That’s a lot of money for one guy. Can we spread some of that love over here please?
So I got this email from a very famous someone, well they weren’t famous at the time, but after today, we’re calling him Mr. $10k.
So Mr. $10k writes:
“Hello Ashley,
I’ve been looking for a new business venture. A friend of mine brought up the idea of a vehicle transportation business. I was interested and have been doing some research for the past month as I have no experience in the area. I’ve come across numerous videos and forums but I’ve decided to reach out to you.
I’ve been told that I can buy a truck and a Kaufman 5 car mini trailer and make runs from North Carolina to areas within 8 hours and gross approx. $10,000 a week. The person giving me this advice got this figure by charging anywhere from $475 – $650 a car and making a run with 5 cars to a location and returning to the home base area with another 5 cars. Making this run twice a week with and average of $500 a car he came up with the $10,000 gross number.
Ashley?! If I had a good broker in my corner like yourself how likely is this senerio? I would be coming out the Raleigh, NC area.
Thanks in advance..”
If you’re like me, you’re probably thinking that you’re on the wrong side of the industry. You need to hop on the next private jet to Raleigh and start making all the money you can. After all you’ll be able to afford that $25k trip on a private jet after about two and a half weeks worth of work as an auto carrier.
In all seriousness, Mr. $10k isn’t alone in his questions. In fact, I get about 2-3 of these emails a month. To go even further, before I started my auto carrier business back in 08′ I asked the same kind of questions only to myself. And if you’re wondering whether or not I answered myself back? Keep wondering.
So is Mr. $10k really going to be Mr. $10k? Does his math add up? Furthermore, is he setting realistic expectations or is he letting himself down before he even gets started?
That’s precisely the basis for this weeks episode of ReloGeekTV. I’m not only going to answer Mr. $10k’s question, but I’m going to give you my number one tip to figuring out whether or not you’ll make money doing it.
So before we get started, let me ask you:
$10k per week as an auto carrier, yay or nay?
Leave it in the comments below and then watch the video….
Are you ready?
I know I am.
Let’s dive in feet first because at least if I break my legs I can still live but my head?
Not so much…
Whoa.. what an eye opener right?
I hope you found this video helpful. If you didn’t? Watch it again and then share it.
And if you did? Well you’re freaking awesome.
